I have notice recently that openSUSE 15.6 and Tumbleweed get 403 Forbidden but work fine on the same versions in Windows 11.
And you verified that both Linux and Windows are using the same source addresses in the same source network?
Some sites with 4 tries I can get past the 403 - the site below only works in Windows
Here is a sites that 403:

Hmm, so they're deliberately excluding linux users? Is that true for the other sites that have problems too? It seems like something that has been implemented by a jaundiced IT person and that the management may not realise. If it were in my country, I'd contact them to get the story.

I have come across sites like this before. Probably shady in some respect. I would guess clickbait sites, although I can't be sure. With this host I can find:

It just occurred to me that Android has Linux in the User-Agent. But it works. So the filtering is probably more granular than that. curl -A "Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; Android 15) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/129.0.6668.100 Mobile Safari/537.36" https://www.tuckertime.com/ > /tmp/foo.html && firefox /tmp/foo.html -- /bengan

I have been experiencing similar also. User-Agent-Switcher helped with this.
