After "installing the latest snapshot", i.e. after running zypper dup. Extras repos: NVidia, packman, wine.

Hi, i have had also (first time on this system) a crash after entering password to go into kde/plasma. BUT without zupper dup, i am on last update, but i installed via yast the package plasma-browser-integration. (right before and make a reboot) second login was working. (sorry i do not know where to look for the correct error message, maybe in some log files?) so maybe this package makes problems? this might be a shot in the dark but affects me and is easily recovered if it doesn't help. mv /usr/lib/systemd/user/sockets.target.wants/dbus.socket <somewhere> reboot if it doesn't help, move dbus.socket to it's original location or reinstall dbus. if it works, add comment to https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1020363 -- (paka)Patrick Shanahan Plainfield, Indiana, USA @ptilopteri http://en.opensuse.org openSUSE Community Member facebook/ptilopteri Registered Linux User #207535 @ http://linuxcounter.net Photos: http://wahoo.no-ip.org/piwigo paka @ IRCnet freenode -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-support+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-support+owner@opensuse.org

no, didn't help. Nevertheless - thx for this hint.
