Where to report this problem, KDE or Bugzilla?
Hi, After suspending then unsuspending the machine here. Prior open application titlebars are faded (grey in color) and path/location information on the title bar (left side) are a /barely/ legible faded grey in color as well. In order to see the active titlebar description correctly again, I have to open a new instance of the application or any application for that matter. This is going on with applications ranging from Kate to Firefox to KeepassXC. What is going on here? I am using only the default themes and colors found in the KDE desktop appearance options. Minimize and maximizing the window/s itself has no correction to the titlebars display. -Thanks

Thanks for enlightening me a bit about this procedure. I created this bug report previously here: https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1218963 If you have a moment to look at this and just tell me if there is a step I missed or something then I can know that I have done what I can at the moment.
