I started new page https://en.opensuse.org/SDB:InstallNewerKernel on 27 Jan. I don't recall doing anything to cause it to not be watched, yet none the several edits by Svyatko that followed ever caused an email notification. Is this a normal result of creating a new page? When I went back to work it, the watch this page box was always checked. Is there a simple way to check whether watching is enabled on the individual article or talk pages, without having to find the watchlist page and edit it? -- Evolution as taught in public schools is, like religion, based on faith, not based on science.
