you might try netcalc. it provides ipcalc

subnetcalc is in the oss repo
netcalc is in the network:utilities repo (Leap)
netcalc conflicts with ipcalc.
Telcontar:~ # rpm -ql netcalc
/usr/bin/ipcalc
/usr/bin/netcalc

It is an old version, it lacks option "-i".
