[opensuse-support] How to find wireguard repo?
Can someone help me to find correct way to search for wireguard repo on opensuse.org please? Wireguard website gives example of non-fqdn link to OBS. So, I have tried reliable OBS search at: https://software.opensuse.org/search - but failed to find anything. I tried searching for terms: wireguard, wire, guard, etc. with no results. What am I doing wrong - from google searches, I know that the wireguard exists in OBS, but cannot find it directly? Using third party links for software, especially something like VPN, is a security nightmare. So, I would prefer direct/correct opensuse way to do this. Any advice? So what? If you need repo, it gives you precise instruction how to access this repo.

This is happens more often than not. What makes you think it is reliable?

Wiregard website explains exactly the direct correct opensuse way.
Any advice?

Thanks for finding the time to respond Andrei, How did you find the repo in OBS yourself? Please do not get me wrong - I had no desire to offend anyone - I genuinely asked the question because it would be great to know how to find stuff in OBS. I do not "insist" or demand that someone answers - I asked as politely as I thought appropriate. Wireguard does not provide FQDN - so, their instruction does not work + I do not find it reasonable security practice to add a repo blindly, without checking it first and knowing where it connects to. Background: For about half a year - I believed that wirequard does not exist in OBS, based on my failed searches. I did not want the burden of compiling kernel module with every kernel update - so, I run it in a container with Ubuntu. Stumbling upon a random post recently, I realized that the OBS search maybe broken - so I asked here. Thanks again for your response, Tomas On Tue, 2019-09-10 at 20:50 +0300, Andrei Borzenkov wrote:

Thanks for finding the time to respond Andrei,
How did you find the repo in OBS yourself?
Go to build.opensuse.org and search for project network:vpn:wireguard. Packages built in OBS projects on build.opensue.org are published on download.opensuse.org, repository names correspond to project names. Zypper automatically resolves obs://foo:bar:baz references to corresponding download.opensuse.org locations. Which you would see if you just followed instructions and looked at generated repository URL.
