do you know if there was a reason for https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/security:forensics/ddrescueview to have builds excluded for openSUSE_Leap_15.3, possibly some incompatibility? Some people have showed interest in it. IIRC it failed to build on Leap. Will activate it so that we can see why
