Hello guys, I'm few snapshot behinde (20190126) and I still have python-sip-common and python3-sip from https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/wolfi323:/branches:/KDE:/Qt... There was a problem with python-sip and backintime around January. Now, lost of problem "dupping" to current snapshot.. # zypper dup ..
