Sites wanting Firefox 107 refusing 102.5 esr from Leap
united-bk.com and mail.com are two sites that say no to 102.5 esr logins today.
I can get there with Tumbleweed but my main system is Leap 15.4.
This is a pain - maybe it it is time to drip the esr for Leap.
These site I have tried to get them to accept 102.5 esr but they said no.
do these united-bk.com and mail.com give any reasons for the refusal?

---- Have you tried installing another browser for the nonce? Most of the features I liked were in firefox, but I spend as little time as possible in web browsers, since I dislike many of the new features and UI's of them. I don't like Google's offerings as they don't perform well on my machine at start and I tended to close all tabs when I'm done with a session. I'm partly happy with Opera, but it has some annoying flaws as well -- but it seems to provide the most compatibility with the sites I visit most and keep Pale Moon for its flexibility like FF compatibility. Anyway, I try to keep at least 2 browsers working at a time, better with 3 so when one develops a problem I can try another. Right now I've found firefox was the only one that didn't crash on trying to configure my ATT lightspeed fiber-modem -- which ended up not working when I tried to rename its network and reset its default passwd. So I had to reset the modem to defaults to get anything working again. Such a pain. I was using both of my browser instances via 'X' -- but Opera kept crashing so gave up and used FF. Path of least resistance. Sigh. Constraining myself to 1 browser would be lynching myself many times/days. Sigh.

Opera is now a Chinese company and the security updates are rather rare. Have you tried Vivaldi? For me it works great on Linux.

They are demanding Firefox 107.0 or newer.
I just accessed two banks and other sensitive sites with 102.5.0esr, no issues. -- Cheers / Saludos, Carlos E. R. (from 15.4 x86_64 at Telcontar)
