Hello, I have a MicroSD card in my Laptop: docb@X1E:~> lsblk NAME MAJ:MIN RM SIZE RO TYPE MOUNTPOINTS mmcblk0 179:0 0 29,7G 0 disk └─mmcblk0p1 179:1 0 29,7G 0 part How can I announce this as a drive (D:\ or whatever) in wine? It does not detect this automatically. Thanks! Axel

Is there any windoze Software that is made for wine? the application looks like a Web page, there is no option to open a file dialog. if anyone wants to take a look: https://store-mirror.navionics.com/plugin it is to update plotter charts cheers Axel

Yes, I have seen some. Some said they had a Linux version of their software, but what they did was include their own wine. You can also recompile a program to use wine libraries instead of proper Linux libraries: this allows them to not adapt their source to the Linux way of doing things, but keep using their windows way of doing things. Just that they link to a different set of libraries. The resulting code is arguably "native" Linux. Then, they can create their Windows software in a manner that they don't use features that Wine doesn't support. Being friendly with Wine. -- Cheers / Saludos, Carlos E. R. yes....you need to spoof the browser string to get to the download page for the windoze program
