      Firefox worked flawlessly via privoxy in 15.0. After update via net with 
repos, the new install works but not with privoxy activated. 
Everything gives obviously "page not found". 
Starting firefox in Safe mode does not change this, but:
Secure Connection Failed

An error occurred during a connection to p.p. SSL received a record that 
exceeded the maximum permissible length. Error code: 
SSL_ERROR_RX_RECORD_TOO_LONG

is the answer to https//p.p. 

I checked if privoxy is running and no apparent problem:
sudo systemctl status privoxy

That was the output, I checked to make sure this is not resolv.conf related:
sudo netconfig update -f

did run without error, entries seem to be correct. 

Without setting FF to use privoxy pages load normaly in one user, but in a 
second user account, it does not load as expected. 

In this very user, when trying e.g. to set privoxy systemwide via KDE, privoxy 
gives "not being used". 
If forcing with manual settings this gives:
Impossibile raggiungere il sito

La pagina web all'indirizzo https://www.privoxy.org/config/ potrebbe essere 
temporaneamente non disponibile oppure è stata permanentemente spostata a un 
nuovo indirizzo web.
ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED

Why would this be a tunnel? 

Somewhere must be an old setting that blocks all. Could anybody give me some 
hint how to sort this out?
