error -ENODEV: unknown chip XID 64a, contact r8169 maintainers
I have an Asrock X870e Nova motherboard, with a 5G ethernet port driver by the Realtek 8169. Apparently this kernel module/chip has been a bit of a pain. I found one thread for support on the Arch linux forums (https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=300278) and the fix seems to be to notify maintainers there's a problem. I don't know what else you need from me or I can provide.

Hi, this may not be an answer but looking here https://build.opensuse.org/search?search_text=r8169 it appears some packages exist. I am not familiar with OBS.
