[opensuse-support][TW] Where did Plasma 5 system sounds settings go?
Weren't they in Notifications? That only has one selection screen now. There used to be a dropdown with many, in which a large scroll was required to find the one where startup sound and exit sound was enabled. I don't see anything else that makes any sense to contain these. Here are all shown in these two groups: Workspace: Workspace Behavior Window Management Shortcuts Startup & Shutdown Search Personalizations: Account Details Notifications Regional Settings Accessibility Applications Online Accounts -- Evolution as taught in public schools is religion, not science. Hi, They are. Go to Notifications, there would be "Application: [Configure...]" button, click it, scroll to "System Services"/"Plasma Workspace" and click [Configure Events...] button. Is that what you've looked for? -- Kind regards, Mykola Krachkovsky -- Найкращі побажання, Микола Крачковський

On Leap KDE at least (yes, I see you have TW) on the Notifications screen (under System Settings) there is an "Event source:" pull-down. On that list there is Plasma Workspace. The Login and Logout events are listed below. Sounds are disabled by default. I have mine enabled; works fine. --dg -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-support+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-support+owner@opensuse.org
