[opensuse-support] Exempt Emacs and Firefox from haviing their session stored
I've set up a new Tumbleweed machine and I can't find the place where one could say that a program should be start fresh at session restore (which is always a manually saved session for me) and not come up with whatever the last time I've logged out. I'm not even sure about how I managed to do that previously , but I'd like to get that set up again. Yes.
Go Systemsettings - Startup and shutdown - desktop sessions. After setting this to 'open saved session', you can save the session from the 'Leave' option in the kicker menu.
I've already done that. But the programs in the saved session have session identifiers, which means they save their state on exit and reload it on restart. I don't need nor want that.
