openSUSE Leap 15.3 - here: pdfposter
Hello all, I've been looking for a program for dividing larger pdf pages to print on A4 printers. Unfortunately I could only find: https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/devel:languages:python:misc/pdfposter[1] but no version for Leap 15.3 Many greetings Michael Be Free, Be Linux -------- [1] https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/devel:languages:python:misc/pdfposte...
You could try: to do like i have done. (here what i have written for my own purpose in year 2020): ================================== https://pdfposter.readthedocs.io/en/stable/Installation.html download pdfposter from https://pypi.org/project/pdftools.pdfposter/, pdftools.pdfposter-0.7.post1.tar.gz downlaod PyPDF2 from https://pypi.org/project/PyPDF2/, and PyPDF2-1.26.0.tar.gz pip install --user pdftools.pdfposter-*.tar.gz PyPDF2-*.tar.gz example: pdfposter -mA3 -pA1 315.10476.PDF 315.10476-gross.PDF = input a3 output a1 = 4xa3 make a link from /home/yourhome/.local/bin/pdfposter to /home/yourhome/bin some files to /home/yourhome/.local/lib copied. (do not ask me what exact, i see 2 folders here: pyton3.7/site-packages and pyton3.8/site-packages with more folders and files inside - i guess during install they will be at a other place - ===================================== simoN Am 20.07.22 um 10:55 schrieb michael.kasimir@gmx.de:

Apart from that: will it be possible in pdfposter program to work with overlapping or will the program slice just at the edge of page?
