Hi all, With the recent breakage of VirtualBox on kernel 5.8.0, I successfully migrated my Windows 10 VM to KVM/Qemu. Performance (especially startup performance) is great - much better than under VirtualBox - and everything seems to work, except for one thing. Under VirtualBox, multiple "monitors" for the guest "just worked", as long as the Vbox Guest Additions were kept up-to-date. Under KVM/Qemu, I cannot get multiple monitor support to work. Windows 10 can allegedly see the second monitor (at least, it shows up in Display Settings), but I can never get it to enable. I have 2x QXL video devices defined for the VM, as per all the instructions I've found on the web. Has anyone successfully gotten this to work? Thanks in advance, Rodney. -- ============================================================== Rodney Baker VK5ZTV rodney.baker@iinet.net.au CCNA #CSCO12880208 ============================================================== -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-support+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-support+owner@opensuse.org

Yes, last time I checked this was how you get multiple screens in a KVM/QEMU Windows VM - multiple display devices. I'm using three devices for three screens in a Win10 VM and it works fine enough. regards
