Hi *, recently I got a new DELL XPS 13 9310 2-in-1 with a screen resolution of 3840x2400. In the meantime I managed to get readable grub and console screens. I created a config file in /etc/sddm.conf.d with [X11] ServerArguments=-dpi 192 EnableHIDPI=yes which led to a readable sddm login dialog. But from this point on things started to behave really strange. After logging into plasma, I still get an unreadable small screen resolution. Nevertheless I managed to run systemsettings5 and set the scaling factor to 200%. After pressing "Apply" the screen switches to a much bigger scaling factor than 200% - just as if plasma had recognized the dpi server options at this point, too. After logging out an in, I again get an unreadable small screen resolution despite the fact, that the scaling factor is still set to 200%. What am I doing wrong here? TIA. Bye. Michael.
