[opensuse-support] Is this a good forum for SLES12 + systemd questions?
I use SLES 12 at $JOB, and have questions about the internals of
systemd.
I tried to subscribe to the systemd-devel mailing list, to ask
questions there directly, but they don't seem to have a
correctly-configured mail server; the confirmation email fails
thusly:

Well, no group here would be appropriate, as these lists are for openSUSE, not SLES, which has its own problems and nuances. Well, openSUSE Leap derives from SLES... Leap 15.* should be similar to SLE 15, I understand. SLE 12 I think is similar to Leap 42.*
Nothing at http://lists.suse.com/mailman/listinfo/ seemed obvious...
You are right, nothing there seems obvious :-? Their nntp groups have disappeared. Perhaps they have a webforum? -- Cheers / Saludos, Carlos E. R. (from 15.0 x86_64 at Telcontar)

Thanks or that pointer! I'll admit, I was hoping for a more classic email method, but I'll take what I can get... Maybe the SLES Configure-Administer forum will be a good choice.

FWIW, there is an open bug about this: https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/freedesktop/freedesktop/issues/158 You might like to add your report there: it may increase the speed the problem is fixed. I've added a note on the list to stress the importance. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-support+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-support+owner@opensuse.org
