[opensuse-support] Where does Leap 15.2 store the UTC/local status of the bios clock?

Hi,

In YaST we can configure whether the BIOS clock stores the local time or 
the UTC time. In the past, this status was stored in 
/etc/sysconfig/{something}. It is not there now - where is it?
