https://en.opensuse.org/Category:Wiki_editing_help ought to have a pointer to the wiki markup language, whatever there is that catalogs equivlents to HTML, such as pre, code, strike, list, dd, dt, etc. I would put one there if I could find one anywhere, and I would to more wiki updating as I find necessary. If any exist, it/they are well disguised.
Do you mean: https://en.opensuse.org/Help:Tag_formatting ? It's pretty obviously mediawiki - https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/MediaWiki - so I suppose it's been assumed to be self-evident, but then assumptions are generally not a good idea.
https://en.opensuse.org/SDB:Audio_troubleshooting is in bad need of help from someone who actually knows audio setup. It has too many references to expired releases. Also, YaST for audio setup has apparently become or is becoming useless: https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1163046#c10
