Is anyone else seeing similar behaviour with generic webcam devices?
I am not sure that this is your exact scenario, but I am able to use the following webcam devices with kernel 5.3.12-2-default:
- UVC 1.00 device Integrated Camera (04f2:b614) - UVC 1.00 device Integrated IR Camera (04f2:b615) - UVC 1.00 device <unnamed> (046d:081b)
I can't say which is which, but those should map to - 1 regular webcam laptop camera (Lenovo P52) - 1 IR laptop camera (Lenovo P52) - 1 USB-connected logitech webcam
Thanks for this.

By reporting this upstream, progress has been made in understanding why certain cameras are failing with recent kernels, and hopefully this will be fixed soon.
Ack, thanks for adding back the link to the bug report. Progress seems to be fast, indeed. Best, Robert -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-support+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-support+owner@opensuse.org
