Well here it says Software and drivers for HP Color Laser MFP 178nw Choose a different product Detected operating system: SUSE Linux Choose a different OS Maybe it depends on some version or other or whatever domains you have enabled in noscript or something ... who knows FWIW the download link for the driver it gives is https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/MFP170/uld-hp_V1.00.39.12... I have no idea whether that is what you need.
We were unable to find drivers for your product. Try manually selecting your operating system. If your operating system is not listed then HP may not provide driver support for your product with that operating system.
What happens if you click on 'Choose a different OS'? ON my m/c I see two boxes. In the first I select Linux and then in the second one of the choices is SUSE Linux.
As said, even without mentioning the OS, so it seems there is no driver for whatever OS.

This url I did not find, so thanks! It discusses the MFP170nw, which would seem to be close enough. It is reasonably recent, too (2022-05). But the driver url, mentioned in #8 of the discussion leads me again to the "We were unable to find drivers for your product." page.
I think I have to contact HP Support.

The openprinting.org site also shows no Color Laser 178nw.
It was bought very recently, so I wouldn't think it's a too old model.
Anyone an idea how to get this beast to work?
