LaserJet won't print from this OpenSUSE-TW computer. (It did, but not now.)
...so something is messed up?
Print jobs get stuck in the queue. lprm will only remove stuck items one at a time--I thought that it would delete all the queues at once, but it won't. Root lprm -P (printer name) needed to clear all the queues one at a time. Ping of that printer produces an error:
man lprm: Cancel all jobs: lprm -
doug@linux1:~> ping 192.168.1.29 ERROR: ld.so: object 'libesets_pac.so' from /etc/ld.so.preload cannot be preloaded (cannot open shared object file): ignored.
The linker reports an issue. Try zypper se --provides libesets_pac to check which package is broken. Try if zypper dup fixes it.

The printer responds, so network seems to work. Does the cups frontend on localhost:631 work? HTH Axel
