The official recommendation is to upgrade to 15.5 and then 15.6 . Docs are at https://en.opensuse.org/SDB:System_upgrade .
I updated 15.3 to 15.5 and 15.4 to 15.6 without any issues. It of course depends, but with standard repositories I do not expect any serious problems.
