Hi *, starting with the latest Tumbleweed snapshot 20190623, KDE powermanagement seems to assume a permanent low battery state on my notebook. The screen is switched off and the system is hibernated after the elapsed time, that has been configured for low battery state. For "on battery" and "on ac power" both settings are off. According to the powermanagement tray applet, there is enough battery for many hours, though, when the display is switched off and after a while the notebook is going to hibernate. Notebook is a DELL XPS 13 9370 docked to a Thunderbolt CalDigit TS3 Plus. An external monitor is connected to the Thunderbolt Dock via DisplayPort. I already opened a bug report, but perhaps someone here has the same problem or - even better - a solution :) Bye.
