https://en.opensuse.org/Category:Wiki_editing_help ought to have a pointer to the wiki markup language, whatever there is that catalogs equivlents to HTML, such as pre, code, strike, list, dd, dt, etc. I would put one there if I could find one anywhere, and I would to more wiki updating as I find necessary. If any exist, it/they are well disguised.
Do you mean: https://en.opensuse.org/Help:Tag_formatting ?
Yes!!! How did you find it? Apparently nothing that should link to it does, e.g.: https://en.opensuse.org/Category:Wiki_editing_help nor https://en.opensuse.org/Special:WhatLinksHere/Help:Tag_formatting nor https://en.opensuse.org/Help:Wiki_reference_card # (only partially helpful) BTW, what I was looking for isn't there, an equivalent to CSS's: text-decoration: line-through; that is supposed to replace pre-HTML5's <strike>.
It's pretty obviously mediawiki - https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/MediaWiki - so I suppose it's been assumed to be self-evident, but then assumptions are generally not a good idea.
Definitely not obvious to me, and I don't expect to need to go offsite for instruction how to use openSUSE's implementation of whatever software on which it is based. -- Evolution as taught in public schools is religion, not science.
