On the main page, the link at the top takes you to the 15.5 portal. I've been all over the site, and it seems there is only one way to reach the download page for 15.6: Go to Portal:Installation/Download the latest release and click on 15.4 (someone forgot to update this page 2 releases ago??). This link actually takes you to https://get.opensuse.org/leap/15.6/
https://get.opensuse.org/leap/15.6/#download if you prefer downloading with a web browser instead of a dedicated downloader that can automatically pickup from where it stopped because your dog tore your computer plug out of the wall, or some other connectivity breakdown. Also get it from the very same place it has been for many moons, regardless of version, the same place YaST, Zypper and the installation system get it: http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/leap/15.6/iso/ http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/leap/15.6/ http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/leap/ http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/ http://download.opensuse.org/ There you find choices of arch, installation type NET or regular (DVD), and supporting sha files. You'll note some files there go by multiple names: BuildID# Current Media For each arch all three are the same binary to burn.
