And you are sure ist not a hardware problem? It may be worth running an online upgrade: zypper clean zypper --releasever=15.6 ref zypper --releasever=15.6 dup -dl zypper --releasever=15.6 dup -l (out of my head, dup may come before releasever...) HTH Axel
