I had started this request in January, 7th 2020:

which has been solved by Axel. After upgrading to Leap 15.2 now the problem is, there are no repos available.
So, within this e-mail I would like to inquire, if the following package for openSUSE Leap 15.2 ff can be made available:
1) android-tools https://software.opensuse.org/download.html?project=hardware&package=android -tools
looking at https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/hardware/android-tools I find a repository for Leap 15.2 Add the repository: zypper ar -f https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/hardware/ openSUSE_Leap_15.2 hardware and install android-tools from there
Unfortunately the offered packages are only available for openSUSE Tumbleweed.
On the other hand, the second necessary package:
2) android-udev-rules https://software.opensuse.org/download.html?project=hardware&package=android -udev-rules
