HEVC codec in vlc/dragon player

Hi The codec appears to be installed (according to Yast - x265 is a free library for encoding next-generation H265/HEVC video streams ) but VLC reports "hevc codec not found" and only plays sound and Dragon player only plays sound. Video was recorded on Android 14.
