when trying dup-ing to 15.5 there is still at least one key missing

Support, <https://en.opensuse.org/SDB:System_upgrade#0._New_4096_bit_RSA_signing_key> there is still a key missing what gives? :( the backports 15.5 URL triggers the missing key questionaire. why? why was this key omitted? when will actually all keys be finally included? will opensuse ever have a decent automatic way and built in piece of software that would manage an absolutely smooth and painless transition from one simple leap 15.x to the next 15.x+1 build? will we ever enjoy to see these fantastic features of a plain and painless upgrade? ty
