Snapshot 20230612 had broken QtWebEngine & Chromium under Plasma Wayland

      Hi,

With latest snapshot 20230612 in Plasma Wayland session QtWebEngine started to 
crash on start, affecting Falkon, KMail/Kontact. Also Chromium (Ozone native 
wayland) runs but WebGL is slow (with similar log messages).

I suspect Mesa 23.1.2 update, but it maybe also a KDE Framework 5.107 
(something Wayland related).

I've filled a bugreport [1]. Have anyone else experiencing this too?
