update @Axel: As suggested I've now executed the terminal command: ln -s /usr/lib64/inkscape/libinkscape_base.so /usr/lib64/libinkscape_base.so And the result is: Inkscape 1.1.1 (3bf5ae0d25, 2021-09-20) could be launched and as it looks at first it works fine.
