https://get.opensuse.org/leap/15.6/#download if you prefer downloading with a web browser instead of (blah blah blah) Most casual users of openSUSE are unlikely to remember that URL, and will start from the "home page" instead. Similarly, such users are not likely to know that such utilities exist, and even if they did, they would still need to know the actual URL where the ISO images are found (which is not get.o.o/leap/15.6)
Also get it from the very same place it has been for many moons, regardless of version, the same place YaST, Zypper and the installation system get it:
http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/leap/15.6/iso/ See above.
Finally, for those who wish to help out in the distribution by seeding a torrent, there is only one way to get the .torrent file, and that is from get.o.o. I'm rather surprised that relatively few people actually get the ISO files from the torrents. Once a torrent is well-seeded, anyone downloading that file can see his/her download capacity reached within seconds -- much faster than what one can usually see from a single source.
