Mouse cursor size/color

Currently running OpenSuse 15.4 with KDE(will be using 15.5 on my new computer as soon as I transfer my files over). In older versions of KDE, it was easy to change the mouse cursor size, color, etc. I've been searching and can't seem to find that anymore. Can the mouse cursor still be modified? If so, how.
