Discover now displays notifications

Hi Since the big update to QT6, i'm now getting notifications from "Discover" - how can i stop this from actually starting? I've set "SystemSetting/Software Update" (i presume this is "Discover") to manual update but not sure if this actually stops it from startng up and running.
