[opensuse-support] Translator

In the Discover package, there seems to be an app called Translator, which I installed, but I can't find it anywhere. It claims to be an "Easy to use translation plasmoid (Gui for translate shell package)." I guess I don't know what a "translate shell package" is. I was hoping that this was something that would render, say, Italian or French or Russian, etc., into English. Perhaps not.
