No video in gwenview since Plasma6 (was: [TW] No video in certain programs since upgrade of Mesa packages )

switched all the multimedia stuff to packman, after which mpv and kdenlive worked as expected.

Not 100% related, but after the upgrade to Plasma 6 I have a black screen in gwenview when a video is displayed. Switching all video stuff to packman did not solve the issue I had opened https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=486216 a while ago, but no feedback so far. Does anyone else encounter this problem?
