On openSUSE we do not use SUSEConnect, which is a tool to activate subscription products from SUSE. Are you using a SLE (SUSE Linux Enterprise) distribution? This mailing list is for help with openSUSE distributions - in case of issues with SLE you should contact SUSE support instead.
