[opensuse-support] bond interface slow on tumbleweed

Hello, after clean fresh install of tumbleweed my bond-interface (4x1Gb Intel 82576) performs only about 60MB/s. All interfaces are up with the correct speed, no errors shown, all 4 IFs show packets with correct size, balacing mode is set correctly. Same config with Leap 15.1 made about 260MB/s. At the moment I operate with only one of the four interfaces up and get about 116MB/S what everyone would expect.
