Some months ago I found this thing on freshmeat: http://www.astaro.com/products/index.html They have a CD based "advanced" firewall (web administration, IPSec, PPTP...) that is linux based, and they sell it "pre-installed on select hardware", for example "Cobalt Networks Raq3i"... I don't know if the product is any good, since I was able to find an old 486 that's doing the job quite well (crossing fingers... :-) Moreover, SuSE's going to release a similar product, a "firewall on CD" that should be available right now. A nice thing SuSE marketing people could do is to create a partnership with some Linux appliance vendor to develop a "Plug & Play" linux hardware firewall solution :-))) Ciao, Rob!
