About is an internal browser command. You can check the source code for Mozilla. Netscape has some information also. Different browsers or versions of browsers give different results. Thanks to Aaron, Jurgen and everyone else who has replied I have installed three versions of Netscape on new installations. The oldest version, November 1999 does not present the problem, however the other and NS 4.76 do.
