When trying to on-line update from SLES 8 I receive the following error

Retrieving patch-3624: "Optional update for glibc" Error: Can't get files.

No problems with others patches, could this be my problem ?

This has been thoroughly tested, and I'm puzzled why it could fail. The problem is based on the architecture string i686/i586. You seem to have the i586 packages installed, and i686 is offered - can you verify this (rpm -q glibc)? rpm -q --queryformat='%{ARCH} %{NAME}\n' glibc I'll have this checked on our side.
