As your timezone is +0100, it looks like YaST is logging your BIOS clock time (did you set it to UTC, didn't you?) instead of localtime ... a YaST bug? GMT="" and in april the lag was 2 hours. anyway I would have thought, that syslog writes the time and not the application.
