Try reading through your mails before sending them, that way you won't
make, as many, stupid mistakes.
It constantly suprises me that on most lists I'm on, someone always asks
to be unsubscribed. Now, for them to be on a list, they had to subscribe
to it, is it very hard to workout that to unsubscribe you do exactly what
you did to subscribe, except you put 'un' in front of the 'subscribe'?
Every mail message you are complaining about has instructions about how to
unsubscribe attached to the bottom of the mail. Try following them, if
that fails, try the web site.

The problem is not always Microsoft, some times the (l)user is just as bad, if not worse, and in those cases you deserve each other.
