the official site is/was http://www.luyer.net/software/strobe-classb/ . It was originally developed for 2.0/2.2 kernels, so I don't know wether it compiles on 2.4. It should, tho. If you want to have a good scanner, forget strobe and use nmap from http://www.insecure.org/nmap . nmap is also part of the SuSE distro.
