Don't install X and run yast2 in text mode.

Works fine for me on P75 machines.

SuSE 7.3 refuses to install X11 on a machine with less than 64MB RAM. So, responding to your advice, I am already running YaST2 in text mode on the P90 (on which I never wanted to run an X server anyhow, though I don't see why it shouldn't be possible with a similar setup as in 1995 (SuSE ~5.0) -- <shrug>).
