You should use the port-forwarding option within ssh, i.e. you forward the local pop-3 port (i.e. 110) to the pop-3 port on the remote server and then within netscape you connect to localhost as the mailserver (after establishing the ssh connection) HTH Frank

You may alternativly use POP3 via SSL. In this case take a look to the stunnel software. In the FAQ/Docs is an example for POP and IMAP. I tried it and it worked out of the box. oki, Steffen -- Dieses Schreiben wurde maschinell erstellt, es trägt daher weder Unterschrift noch Siegel.
