The 13.1 nonfree update publisher was broken, I had Adrian fix it.
BTW the 12.16 update was released by Opera in July 2013!
Yes, however no one bothered to update openSUSE Factory NonFree, so it shipped with the old version. Also, Opera seems to have effectively stopped Linux support, so we will likely not provide Opera in future versions (unless Opera picks it up again).
