Slightly off topic maybe, But has anyone who has one of those Suse subscriptions already received his 7.1 CD (professional) ? -----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 I guess you should get them during the next few days. I am not a subscriber, but I ordered 10 distros about end of january and I received them yesterday ... BTW two colleagues of mine tried to install 7.1 on two completely different systems - and it didn't work on either! The installation process stopped after installing of the packets on CD #2. I'm gonna give it a try this weekend on my box ;-) Mit freundlichen Grüßen Björn Engels Trainer / Consultant __________________________________ LANWORKS AG Training & Consulting Monschauer Str.7 40549 Düsseldorf E-Mail: bjoern.engels@lanworks.de http://www.lanworks.de Date: 23-Feb-2001 Time: 15:10:54 __________________________________ -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.0.1e-SuSE (GNU/Linux) Comment: Weitere Infos: siehe http://www.gnupg.org iD8DBQE6lnER3iEyPOHZcKcRAkHhAJ9UxuFj6ind16RUxgObcIH+fdyu1ACePtqR M/iytq2nwvdx5vMLdZqFj6I= =d9Kv -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----

- I ordered it by phone (in germany) about 2 weeks ago. 3 days later I received the package. - A new installation on an old P200Pro with yast2 faild (without any hint why) and yast #1 went through fairly ok. But while installing the driver for the ethernet card (NE2000/PCI) yast (#1) always crashes with an assertion error. The same system had no problems with SuSE 7.0. Perhaps I should install 7.0 again and make an update :-) Klaus
